As you know, we recently launched our first mastermind. We are currently in the middle of delivering that experience to our students. In this episode we dive into how we decided on a launch date, why we capped the number of participants at the number we did, a happy accident that happened during our launch, and the revenue that the mastermind brought in for us.
Creating the mastermind has kept us really, really busy. We were on several interview phone calls with applicants, we were heavily utilizing social media to create a buzz around it, and we’ve been planning all of the details for the in-person event coming up this month.
Doing something like this for the first time is always going to be the most time consuming. But in the end it has been so fun and so joyful for all three of us! Tune in to hear why this launch has been our least stressful but most profitable thus far.
