Building a supportive community when you are an entrepreneur can be hard. We’ve each gone through this ourselves. Being an entrepreneur can be lonely and it can be challenging to build a circle around yourself that supports you. But today we are going to dive into how to build an inner circle that feels aligned with your values both as a person and as a business.

We cover five main talking points including the science behind why your inner circle is so important, how your inner circle influences you, assessing your inner circle, expanding your network, and maintaining meaningful connections.

Overall, the relationships that you make as an entrepreneur should not feel transactional. You want to build relationships where you not only cheer on your fellow solopreneurs but you’re also not afraid to give honest feedback. In the end, it will be worth it to try to build your circle to exactly where you want it. A lot of us want to be happier, more supported entrepreneurs but it’s up to you to go out and get it. And remember, this will take time. It’s okay if it doesn’t happen overnight.
