The social justice movement has illuminated that what’s happening at work just isn’t working, especially for women of color, and Deepa is someone who asks the big questions that aren’t being asked right now around race. Her work is shining a light on these issues which have always been there but just not talked about, and for that we are so grateful to have the opportunity to bring Deepa on the podcast to share her thoughts and insights with you.
